  • What can you expect from me as a coach

    As your coach, I partner with you in your growth and transformation journey. I provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you stay on track toward your goals. With an outside perspective, I’ll ask  thought-provoking questions, lots and lots of questions that are designed to spark self-discovery and deeper awareness.

    I offer valuable insights and tools to help you overcome challenges, to gain clarity, and make empowered decisions that are right for you.  Above all, I’m here to encourage and empower you to uncover your potential, to align with your true purpose, and to create the life you truly desire. I’m here to help you turn your dreams into reality.

  • What I don’t do as a coach

    As a coach, my role is not to tell you what to do but to walk beside you as you uncover the answers that already exist within you. Coaching is about focusing on the present and the future—helping you create a clear, empowered path forward.

    At times, we may briefly explore the past if it offers insights that can lead to greater clarity and growth. However, we won’t stay there. The work we do together is about moving forward, unlocking your potential, and stepping into the life you’re meant to live. This is your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

    I don’t act as a functional expert or a manager in your life. I’m not here to provide therapy, psychiatric support, or financial or medical advice. What I do is create a safe, supportive space for exploration, growth, and empowerment.

    I also believe in integrity. That means no misleading claims, overhyped promises, or fake testimonials. My commitment is to be honest, authentic, and aligned with your best interests.   • Who can benefit from life coaching?

    Life coaching helps you create a clear path to your goals. I specialise in supporting women with self-doubt, perfectionism, procrastination, and negative self-talk, as well as goal-setting, self-care, and life transitions.

  • How long does it take to see results?

    The timeline varies based on your goals and effort. Some clients see changes in a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. Results often include improved confidence, clearer decisions, and alignment with your goals and values.

  • What if I don't know my goals yet?

    That’s completely normal! A big part of coaching is uncovering what truly matters to you. We’ll work together to clarify your vision, identify what’s holding you back, and create a plan to move forward.
